The Police Tickets Going on Sale for Las Vegas Show

the police on tourUnlike the on again, off again Van Halen reunion tour with Diamond David Lee Roth, '80s super group The Police -- Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland -- really are back together and preparing to launch a world tour. Tickets for their Vegas performance, June 15 at MGM Grand Garden Arena, go on sale this Saturday, March 10, at 10AM.

Also unlike Van Halen, The Police will not take the stage with bum hips (Eddie Van Halen), hair extensions (David Lee Roth), or displaying the worst case of nepotism ever seen in rock (Eddie's 15-year-old son Wolfgang replacing Michael Anthony). Remember, we're talking about Sting here, the guy renowned for six-hour tantric sex sessions. In other words, no one has to worry that the band is too old to rock it out. They will be De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da'ing all night long.

Tickets for the Vegas concert are priced at $250, $125 and $75, but if you consider the number of great songs the band has written -- 'Roxanne,' 'Message in a Bottle,' ' Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic,' just to name a few -- it's a bargain at any price.

Chyna Doll Eliminated From 'Fame Games'

Chyna DollA few tears and Sherman Hemsley caused former wrestler Chyna Doll to be kicked out of the 'Surreal Life: Fame Games' house Sunday night, leaving only seven cast members to battle for the $100,000 grand prize.

This week's game was the "Famous Friends Challenge." For the challenge, the Surreal Lifers were told they had to call anyone and everyone they knew who was famous.

Immediately, Andrea Lowell was upset, saying she did not know many famous people and Verne Troyer said he didn't want to bother his celebrity friends. Then the calls started. Rob "Vanilla Ice" Van Winkle was the first with a "celebrity," as he contacted Blues Traveler singer John Popper. Then the calls started rolling in. Vince Neil, Tyson Beckford, Chuck Lidell, Russell Simmons were just a few.

Las Vegas Mayor Teaches Class on Making Perfect Martini

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman to teach martini classLas Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman is the self-described "World's Happiest Mayor," but he's also in the running for "World's Coolest Mayor" Tonight he'll be working hard at earning that title as he teaches a college class in martini mixology.

Yes, you read that right, Mayor Goodman will be at the Community College of Southern Nevada to teach a class on mixing the "perfect martini."

Our Mayor has never made a secret of his love for the martini or gin. In 2005 he caused a minor controversy when speaking to a group of fourth graders at Jo Mackey Elementary School. One of the students asked what he would bring if stuck on a desert island and he replied, "a bottle of gin." Even more classic was that, when asked to comment on the controversy, Goodman replied, "I'm the George Washington of mayors. I can't tell a lie. If they didn't want the answer the kid shouldn't have asked the question."

Tonight's class will be made up of those over the age of 21, so don't expect any controversy; just a nice, stiff drink.

Emmanuel Lewis' Quest for Renewed Fame Comes up Short

Emmanuel Lewis'Webster' and its star Emmanuel Lewis may have been popular in the '80s, but Manny's quest to be a big star in 2007 was thwarted when he was kicked out of the 'Fame Games' mansion Sunday night.

Episode six of 'Fame Games' started with the A-listers enjoying a lunch with host Robin Leach at Spago, while the B-listers drank beer at Hofbrauhaus. Both actually looked like a lot of fun, so it didn't seem like such a bad thing to be on the B-list this time around.

Then it was to Ice nightclub, where the cast competed in the "Hooker Challenge." The idea was that few things can damage your A-List reputation more than getting caught with a hooker. Fifty girls entered the club and Leach told the cast that 19 of the 50 were prostitutes from Sheri's Ranch. Then the teams were told they had 30 minutes to choose 15 girls to bring to their VIP section of the club, and the team with the least amount of hookers would win.

The A-list did well, and only picked two hookers out of the 15, but the B-list chose four ladies of the night, meaning they had to choose three members for 'Back to Reality.' It was decided that Lewis, Verne Troyer and Chyna Doll would play the game which, this week, was "The Real Bling." The contestants had to choose three pieces from a large selection of jewelry, and hope they were choosing the real pieces and not the "absolute crap," as Leach put it.

Chyna was the only one of the three to choose any real bling, getting two out of three. So, this led to a tie breaker between Verne and Manny. All they had to do was choose one of the rings on the fingers of Leach's co-host Inga. The one who chose the most expensive won the game. Unfortunately for Manny, he lost, and was sent packing.

Unlike C.C. DeVille's departure last week, no one was bummed about Manny being booted from the mansion. While I'm sure they would have chosen Ron Jeremy, given the chance, Manny's departure seemed to be no big loss.

C.C. DeVille Becomes Latest 'Fame Games' Casualty

C.C. DeVille
He may be a great guitarist, but C.C. DeVille is not a very good Go-Fish player, and because of that, he was sent packing Sunday night from the 'Surreal Life: Fame Games' mansion.

The episode began with the A-List team visiting Canyon Ranch Spa in The Venetian. However, it wasn't as relaxing as they had hoped for, since they had to put up with Ron Jeremy's non-stop sex jokes. Andrea Lowell was the most upset about the experience, but everyone was annoyed, and rightfully so. Would you really want to have your spa visit marred by horrible one-liners? Even if the jokes were funny, it would have been hard to put up with, but they were corny, which only made it worse.

Meanwhile, back at the mansion, the B-Listers were given tonal massages. Yes, instead of getting a rub down, they were treated to "soothing" sounds. They must have not been that soothing, because later that night, Traci Bingham and Chyna Doll decide to do "rubber chicken shots,' which is exactly what it sounds like; liquor from a rubber chicken. The cast was also visited by former Surreal Lifers Adrianne Curry and Christopher Knight for nude sushi.

Then it was to the V Theatre in the Aladdin where they met up with producer David Saxe. The challenge? To create a seven minute variety act in only four hours, which would be performed in front of an audience there for Nathan Burton's Comedy Magic Show.

The A-List act was horrible. First up was Ron, who was nearly booed offstage because of his corny sex jokes. I don't think the audience was offended by the subject matter, but because he was just not funny. Then, C.C. came out with a line of dancing dummies. It's hard to describe, but it was harder to watch. Vanilla Ice won the crowd over, but by that time it was too late.

The B-List killed, with the help of a sexy dance by Traci Bingham and a sex joke from Verne Troyer that was actually funny and they won the competition.

So, the A-List had to come up with three contestants for 'Back to Reality.' It ended up being C.C., Ron, and Pepa. It was clear that no one, even those on the B-List team wanted to see anyone but Ron go home, but it was not to be. The game this week was Celebrity Go-Fish, and after starting strong, C.C. eventually fell behind Pepa, and then Ron, thus being eliminated.

It was strange, however, that C.C. lost the Go-Fish game. Even Bingham pointed out how Pepa kept asking him for Jacks. Over and over, she would ask, and he never had them. But, the last time she asked, he did. Why would he not ask her for Jacks, since he had to remember she had them? How could you not?

It was sad to see my favorite cast member be sent home, but there is still plenty of fun yet to be had. Stay tuned ...

RIP: Anna Nicole Smith Dead at 39

As sad as it is for me to say, Anna Nicole Smith has died in Florida, after collapsing at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida Thursday night.

She had faced a lot of ups and downs over the years, both in her personal life and her professional life, but to me, Anna Nicole Smith will always be the voluptuous blond in the Guess? Jeans ads which used to adorn my walls.

I can't remember Anna doing much here in Vegas, so I asked our own Gossip Master Robin Leach to find out what he knew about her history in Sin City.

"We didn't see her very often in Vegas. It was not one of her playgrounds," said Leach. "She was host of the New Year's Eve celebration at the Aladdin welcoming in 2006. She pulled off the 10-1 countdown, although it was obvious to everybody she'd had a lot of champagne to celebrate with beforehand!"

Yes, Anna Nicole Smith is gone, and so are the posters on my walls, but in my heart, she lives forever.

Paris Hilton Exposed: Is the Heiress a Racist and a Homophobe?

Paris Hilton ExposedDo a quick Google search and you'll find more Paris Hilton videos and pictures than you could ever want. You can find the hotel heiress having sex, partying and even smoking a tampon. But now, thanks to Parisexposed.com, you get a glimpse of Paris that makes her look less like a rich porn star and more like Michael Richards.

In this video, Paris and sister Nicky are seen dancing together at a house party, will Notorious B.I.G. is playing in the background. The dancing is decidedly bad, but unfortunately, that's not the disturbing part of the video. That comes when Paris Hilton uses the "N" word several times, as well as a derogatory term for homosexuals, which we'll refer to as the "F" word.

It's now apparent why Hilton filed a federal lawsuit Monday, seeking to shut down ParisExposed.com, which displays Hilton's personal photos, videos, diaries and other items found in a storage facility auctioned off after Paris neglected to pay her bill. It wasn't about the nude photos of her, or the sex videos, it was videos like this one, which expose a side of Paris that no one really wanted to see. Just like it is more fun to think of Michael Richards' brilliant portrayal of "Kramer" on 'Seinfeld,' it's much more fun to follow Paris Hilton on her Vegas exploits with Britney Spears, or with Lindsay Lohan. It's certainly more fun to go lingerie shopping with Paris.

Will this be the thing that shuts the door on the Paris Hilton phenomenon? Or will she come out and use the "I was drunk" card or have her own "cocaine confession."

The First Surreal Life Fame Gamer is Sent Packing

Brigitte NielsenThe 'Surreal Life: Fame Games' lost its first contestant Sunday night, but it wasn't the cast member who was supposed to be sent home; it was one who voluntarily left the house.

The fourth episode started off with the A-List getting a visit from world famous chef Todd English, from Olives at the Bellagio. English helped the A-Listers prepare a meal, while the B-List team got a visit from a hot dog vendor. Then, after dinner, each member of the A-List team was given $100 in one dollar bills and, along with the B-List team, headed to Robin Leach's private VIP room in the back of the house. Once there, they figured out that the dollar bills were for, what else, strippers. Several hotties from Scores Las Vegas danced for the cast.

Afterwards, one of the strippers ended up in the bed of Vanilla Ice, but she was only laying there while talking to Ron Jeremy. Vanilla came in, saw the stripper in his bed, and went on a rampage, saying it looked "like a whore house!" It was more than a bit dramatic, and got even better when Traci Bingham told Ice he was being disrespectful. This further set him off, which was great. Ice was upset because he is married, but what kind of wife would get mad about a stripper being in his bed when he wasn't even in the room?!?

Anyway, Ice finally calmed down, but then it was time for him to bring the rage again, when the teams competed to see who could better trash a hotel room. The competition was judged by former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler, and, while the A-List won, it was helped by Chyna Doll. After her teammates did their best to trash the room, Chyna walks in, stands there and looks around, takes off her gloves and does nothing. The rest of the B-Listers were upset with Chyna, but Brigitte Nielsen comes up with some lame "she was being creative" excuse.

The B-List then had to pick three of its members to play 'Back to Reality.' To no one's surprise, Chyna was chosen, as well as Brigitte and Verne Troyer.

For 'Back to Reality' the contestants had to play six degrees of separation, but instead of Kevin Bacon, they had to connect themselves to a star. Chyna went first, and managed to get five points. Next was Verne, who only got three points. This left Brigitte, who only needed to get four points to stay. At first, it seemed like she was going to throw the challenge, like she did earlier in the season. However, when the question was "Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas were together in what movie" Brigitte answered correctly and was safe from elimination.

However, throughout the episode, Brigitte had been complaining about not wanting to be in the house any longer. Verne knew this and was visibly upset about having to go home. Brigitte then offered to go home instead, and the producers said that was fine with them. So, after saying her goodbyes, Brigitte left the mansion for good, and the next time we see her will likely be when she is murdered in Greece.

Stay tuned for more on this weeks episode, as I talk to host Robin Leach for the inside dirt on Brigitte leaving, and what exactly was going on with Chyna when she wouldn't trash the hotel room ...

Chicago Bears Legend William "The Refrigerator" Perry to Spend Super Bowl Sunday in Las Vegas

He won't be here lookin' for trouble, but instead of doing the 'Super Bowl Shuffle,' William "The Refrigerator" Perry will spend Super Bowl Sunday in Las Vegas.

The Chicago Bears legend, who played on the 1985 Super Bowl championship team, is joining with Carfax to raise funds for Opportunity Village, Nevada's largest private, not-for-profit community rehabilitation program. From 11AM - 2PM, on February 4, Perry will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center signing autographs and undoubtedly fielding requests to do his famous rap from 'Super Bowl Shuffle.' I doubt he'll oblige, but I can't understand why he wouldn't want to relive his moment of wordsmith glory:

You're lookin' at the Fridge,
I'm the rookie.
I may be large, but I'm no dumb cookie.
You've seen me hit, you've seen me run,
When I get the pass, we'll have more fun.
I can dance, you will see
The others, they all learn from me.
I don't come here lookin' for trouble,
I just came here to do
The Super Bowl Shuffle

Teams Set for 'Surreal Life: Fame Games'

Emmanuel Lewis The teams were not only set for the Super Bowl Sunday night, they were also set for 'Surreal Life Fame Games,' as Emmanuel Lewis became the last celeb to be banished to the dreaded B-List.

After a night at the Palms Casino Resort, in which the A-Listers played blackjack with house money and the B-listers had to dig into their own pockets to play, the celebs participated in a green screen challenge, in which they each had to act out a movie scene. The results were all pretty bad, but Vanilla Ice ended up winning, while Lewis, Ron Jeremy and C.C. Deville were voted the worst of the worst and had to play "Back to Reality."

This week's game was "Who's Bastard is This?" The contestants were shown a baby picture, created by morphing a photo of a 'Fame Games' member and an A-List celebrity, and the first to identify the two parents scored a point. The game was Manny's to lose when he did just that by failing to identify Alec Baldwin in a photo of Baldwin and Chyna. Deville was able to answer correctly, which sent Manny packing.

Next week the A-List and B-List teams will do battle and a member from the losing team will be kicked out of the 'Fame Games' house forever.

However, it was the budding relationship between Ron Jeremy and Brigitte Nielsen that provided the "Surreal" moment of the episode. After the night at the Palms, the camera caught the odd couple kissing in the bathroom. In an interview, Nielsen poses the question, "What's behind this big d#$@?"

There was no jealous rage from Chyna, but one has to wonder what will happen if Jeremy and Nielsen really hook up. While he wouldn't say if Jeremy and Nielsen do end up getting their groove on, show host Robin Leach
did speak of the porn stars desire for love. "Ron would love to have an ordinary, regular love affair, give up porn
and have a regular showbiz career as an actor or a comic," Leach said. "That's his goal and he believes he'll find it while trapped in the house."

Brigitte Nielsen is Murdered in Greece for New Reality Series

Killing Brigitte NielsenDuring the NATPE this week in Las Vegas, U.K.-based 111 Pictures showcased a new reality show featuring 'Surreal Life: Fame Games' favorite Brigitte Nielsen.

The show, curiously titled 'Voyage: Killing Brigitte Nielsen' is scheduled to air on Sky Travel channel next month and no, it does not involve a knife-wielding Flavor Flav.

Click here for Fame Games coverage According to imdb.com, it's "Extreme hidden camera comedy at its finest." In the six, hour-long episodes a group of six men and women think they are in Greece to make a documentary about sailing. However, while on the islands, the "documentary makers" happen upon Nielsen, who is on vacation. A few mishaps later, Nielsen falls in love with one of the volunteers and is "murdered" by drug traffickers. The volunteers end up in a Greek jail and, you guessed it, hilarity ensues. I'm sure you can't wait.

Ricky Hatton Hopes to Make Vegas Boxing History When He Battles IBF Champion Juan Urango

buy TicketsSaturday night, Manchester's Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton will make his Las Vegas boxing debut, and he's hoping it's the beginning of his fights being among the greatest in Vegas history.

"I want to be remembered for enjoying success in Vegas, and from here for the next two, three years, it is my chance to be remembered for great fights. I look at champions like Mike Tyson and Oscar De La Hoya, they just had that little bit of magic stardust around them that other champions didn't seem to have," Hatton told the Daily Telegraph.

But, although he can already ride up and down the Vegas Strip and see his name and face in lights, when the bell rings at Paris Casino, Hatton is going to see undefeated IBF light welterweight champion Juan Urango standing in his way of greatness.

This will be the first title defense for Urango (17-0-1, 13 KOs), who doesn't seem to care at all about creating a Vegas legacy. "I'm here for business," he said. "The only thing on my mind is defending my title."

If the fighters' records mean anything, it should be an exciting, and brutal battle. Combined, Hatton and Urango have a record of 58 wins, 0 losses and one draw. Even more impressive is the 43 knock outs, meaning 74% of their foes fail to hear the final bell.

C.C. Deville Wants to Play Guitar for Your Band

C.C. Deville wants to play in your band
I was never a huge Poison fan during their '80s heyday. I was too busy banging my head to Slayer and thinking it was somehow cool to say "Hail Satan" to people. I wasn't about to listen to no damn pretty boys with big hair. I mean, they were having fun and, damnit, having fun wasn't cool in those pimply-faced, Anarchy-chic days.

Click here for Fame Games coverage As the years have passed and my trips to Sally Beauty Supply for black hair dye have ended, I've realized that Poison was a great rock 'n' roll band. Sure, those "pretty boys" weren't doing anything new, but they weren't looking for 'Nothin' But A Good Time,' and I think we can all agree, there's nothing wrong with that.

Now, however, Poison guitarist C.C. Deville is looking for a new band. Currently featured on 'Surreal Life Fame Games,' hosted by our own Robin Leach, Deville has put out a press release letting the music world know he's "available." The release says that C.C. would like to "get an opportunity to be featured as a solo or guest spot on upcoming songs or show dates with a present artist."

I guess this means that C.C. doesn't win 'Fame Games,' although he should. He's the only truly likable person on the show and nothing about his personality seems like an act. But, it's sad to me that he has to put out a press release to be considered for a band. He's C.C. Deville! Like Poison or not, C.C. has great rock guitar chops, and bands should be begging him to play on their records. Oh well, at least he's not offering his services as an accountant.

Tickets Going on Sale for De La Hoya vs. Mayweather

Floyd Mayweather Jr. to fight Oscar De La Hoya at MGM Grand in Las VegasOscar De La Hoya vs. Floyd Mayweather is one of the most anticipated fights in recent memory and soon you'll be able to buy your tickets to witness the showdown in person.
